Delivery |

Orders are shipped via UPS
ground unless another shipping method is selected during your
checkout period. Two-day air and overnight shipping is
available for an additional cost.
We CANNOT ship to a
PO box. |

Back Orders |

If the item you
have selected is on back order, you will be notified via email
or phone, with the details of availability.

Return
Policy |

We
understand that some weddings & ceremonies get cancelled or
postponed, and we are very sorry for these occurrences. However,
we must have the policy of final sales. We do not refund money
for any reason, even for engagement cancellations. So for this,
we send this personal message: |

please be completely certain that these are the items you love,
because they are yours to keep once you purchase them." |

We
apologize ahead of time for any inconvenience this might cause,
but because of the vulnerability of some wedding plans, we can
not refund any money! Exchanges may be made, and determined on
an individual basis. You must obtain a return/exchange
authorization number, which must be placed on the outside of the
box. The number will be given to you, once it is approved for
return. |

If
your online order is accepted to be returned to us, there is a
15% restocking fee for the UN-USED item, this is non-negotiable.
The refund is for the products only. We do not refund shipping
charges. This restocking fee will be applied to your refund
amount regardless of the reason or timing for return. By placing
your order online - you are agreeing to these terms. |
